Short version: we collect your name and email so we can send you what you bought, we use a few ordinary tools to do it, and we do not sell your data to anyone. If you want out, one email does it.
What we collect
- What you type into a form. Usually your name and email. If you buy the Shop Pricing Audit, also the shop numbers you choose to give us: your costs and the prices you quoted on specific jobs.
- What you buy. Which product, when, and the amount. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach us or this website.
- How you use the site. Pages visited and where you arrived from. This sets cookies so returning visits can be recognized.
Your shop numbers, specifically
If you send us your costs and prices for an audit, we use them to write your report and nothing else. We do not publish them, we do not attach your name or your shop to any figure, and we do not share them with any powder supplier, equipment seller, or competitor.
If a figure from an audit ever informs the market rate card, it is stripped of anything identifying and merged with hundreds of others, so no number can be traced back to a shop. You can tell us not to use it at all and we will not.
Why we have it
To deliver what you bought, to send the emails you signed up for, to write your audit if you ordered one, to reply when you contact us, and to understand which pages are worth keeping. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make this work, and only the part each one needs:
- GoHighLevel holds the customer record and sends the emails.
- Stripe processes payments. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
- Netlify hosts this site.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
Emails
If you give us your email, we will send you what you asked for, and then occasional notes worth reading. Every one has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. No hard feelings.
Getting your data back, or deleted
Email support@powdercoatingprofessionals.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold or delete it, whichever you want. You do not need to give a reason, and depending on where you live you may have a legal right to ask anyway.
How long we keep it
Customer records are kept while they are useful and while we are required to keep purchase records for tax purposes. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you. If you ask for deletion, it goes.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
