If it wasn't worth it, say so. Thirty days on any digital product. Email us and it goes back.
You do not have to explain yourself, and you keep whatever you already downloaded. A refund policy that makes you argue for it is a policy designed to keep money it did not earn.
What that covers
Every digital product sold here: the Price Book and everything that comes with it, the Job Pack, and anything added at checkout or immediately after it.
The Shop Pricing Audit
Same deal, with one honest caveat. If the report does not show you at least one change worth real money in your shop, reply to it and we refund it in full. We ask you to actually read it first, because the whole point is the number at the end.
How to get one
Email support@powdercoatingprofessionals.com from the address you bought with, within 30 days. Say which product. That is the whole process. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Monthly services
Shop Front and Google Ads management are monthly, not annual, and you can cancel any time. Cancel and you are not billed again. We do not refund a month already worked, because the work was done: the site was live, the profile was managed, the ads ran. If something has gone wrong in a month you paid for, email us and we will sort it out rather than hide behind this paragraph.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email us first. It is faster than a chargeback and we would rather fix it than have your bank tell us about it.
