These apply when you buy anything here. They are written to be read, not survived.
Who you are buying from
DTC Guys LLC, a California limited liability company based in San Diego, trading as Powder Coating Professionals. Contact: support@powdercoatingprofessionals.com
What you are buying
- Digital products. The Powder Coating Price Book, the Job Pricing Calculator, the Market Rate Card, the bench cards, and the Job Pack. Delivered as files by email after payment.
- The Shop Pricing Audit. A written report produced from figures you supply. Delivered within three business days of us receiving your completed intake.
- Services. Shop Front and Google Ads management are ongoing monthly services, described on their own pages and billed monthly until cancelled.
What you can do with the digital products
Use them in your own shop, for as long as you like. Share them with your own staff. What you cannot do is resell them, republish them, distribute them outside your business, or pass them off as your own work. You bought a license to use the material, not ownership of it.
The market rate card is reporting, not advice
The rate card reports what shops have publicly stated they charge. It is a record of observed prices, aggregated and anonymized. It is not a recommendation that you charge any particular price, not an agreement about prices, and not an instruction to any shop.
You set your own prices independently, on your own judgment of your own costs and market. Nothing here is a price-fixing arrangement and nothing here should be treated as one.
No promise about results
Nothing here guarantees you will make more money. The book and the tools give you a method and the arithmetic. What happens in your shop depends on your costs, your market, your customers and plenty neither of us controls. Figures quoted describe what specific shops have said in specific circumstances, and are not a forecast for yours.
They are not professional advice
The material is general commercial guidance, not legal, accounting, or tax advice about your specific business. An audit is our read of the numbers you give us, and is still not a substitute for your accountant.
The material changes
The rate card is updated as more prices are recorded. The edition you downloaded is yours to keep. We are not obliged to send you every future revision, though we usually will.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Any tax that applies is added at checkout. Monthly services bill on the same date each month until cancelled, and you can cancel any time by emailing us.
Advertising spend
Where we manage Google Ads, the advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google and is separate from our management fee. We do not mark it up and we never hold it.
Refunds

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything connected to these products is limited to what you paid for them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
If these change, the date at the top changes with them. The version in force is the one published when you bought.
